It was an absolute thrill for Australian readers to be able to meet Jayne Ann Krentz on her trip to Australia in November last year. It was very interesting to hear all about her writing and how she manages to write across so many sub-genres of romance. As a reader across all three of her different pen names, I find it good to know that I’m going to read a historical romantic suspense when I buy her Amanda Quick titles, a futuristic/paranormal romantic suspense if the story is one by Jayne Castle, and (my favourite) a contemporary romantic suspense by Jayne Ann Krentz. Jayne Ann was originally a librarian after having gained a B.A. in History and a Masters degree in Library Science.
