Christmas Giveaway

Well, it wouldn't be Christmas without a giveaway here on the blog and I have two fabulous titles to giveaway. When I saw Ella Quinn and Celeste Bradley at the Booklovers Con in New Orleans earlier this year, they each gave me a signed paperback to giveaway here on the blog. Ella's BELIEVE IN ME and Celeste's THE DUKE NEXT DOOR are two fantastic reads and I'm going to choose two winners at random -the first reader will receive the copy of THE DUKE NEXT DOOR and the next name out of the hat will receive BELIEVE IN ME.

THE DUKE NEXT DOOR by Celeste Bradley
The dangerously beautiful Deirdre Cantor is determined to inherit her grandfather’s vast fortune. All she needs is to marry a duke…and be the first granddaughter to walk down the aisle. After all, she has always dreamed of becoming a member of the haute ton. So when the proper Calder Marbrook, the Marquis of Brookhaven and future Duke of Brookmoor, is abandoned at the altar, Deirdre makes it her business to become his wife—in spite of the whispers about his past.

Soon Deirdre’s visions of a lavish existence with the handsome Calder are shattered when she learns his shocking secret. Feeling betrayed, Deirdre seeks revenge by playing a perilous and seductive game of cat and mouse with her husband that threatens to drive them both to the heights of passion. She will not surrender to him, no matter how great her desire. But at what cost?  Calder is determined to keep his secret under lock and key—and to make his stunning wife his in every way that matters. Even if it means winning her heart all over again…

BELIEVE IN ME by Ella Quinn

Even the Worthington least likely to wed may find her perfect match . . .

Marriage has worked out quite nicely for her older sisters, yet Lady Augusta Vivers is certain it would end her studies in languages and geography, and stop her from travelling. But when her mother thwarts her plan to attend the only university in Europe that accepts women—in Italy—
she is forced to agree to one London Season. Spending her time at parties proves an empty diversion—until she encounters the well-traveled Lord Phineas Carter-Wood. Still, Europe awaits . . .

Phineas has studied architecture all over the world, yet Augusta is his most intriguing discovery yet. How can he resist a woman who loves maps and far-off lands? But her longing for all things foreign hinders any hope of courtship. When he learns her cousins have offered a trip to Europe, he secretly arranges to join their party. For he is determined to show Augusta that a real union is a thrilling adventure of its own. And when their journey is beset by dangerous obstacles, he gets far more opportunity than he bargained for . . .

  1. This competition is now closed. Thanks to all who have emailed me to enter. For those who have said how much difficulty they're having leaving comments on the blog, I have discussed this with others in my writer's group and it seems that it is impossible to leave a comment via the Blogger web program if you are using an Apple iPAD or iPhone. I know I have to use my laptop computer every time I want to make a comment on a website that uses the Blogger program, so this does seem to be the common element of frustration.
Rest assured for those of you who have entered, all your entries have been put in the draw and the two winners will be announced on December 22nd. Note that I have personally responded via email to each of you who entered.
